How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My initial call was greeted with such enthusiasm and kindness. After my service, when I called back to explain that there were a few areas where it looked like the machine (might have) sat, that had what looks like dirty water puddled, she was not anywhere as nice. However, the technician was very polite, but these areas are not clean (and they were not there prior). My carpets were wet all afternoon, all night and into the next morning (which seems odd) and this was the most expensive service I've ever had. So I'm disappointed overall. No, I am sorry, I would not recommend Zerorez.

Dennis, my technician, was running late. He took the time to call ahead to keep me informed. Dennis was professional but very friendly. He answered all my questions, did a very thorough job cleaning my many "trails".

What do you like about our products and services?

Zerorez leaves no soapy film and smell. The cleaning is wonderful and more importantly, it lasts! We have requested Brett Spence the last 3-4 times. He works hard and explains things so clearly. The combination of Zerorez and Brett's professional attitude make your service our choice overtime! Thank you!

What could we do to improve?

This was my first experience with a professional carpet cleaning service. Darren was very nice and the carpets were clean when he left, but they were very wet. He left about 4pm, and said it would take 1 to 2 hours to dry. In fact, the carpets were still wet in the morning. I would recommend your cleaning and I will probably use you again, but I think he might have been rushing, and he could have gotten more water up.

What do you like about our products and services?

The products are great and I have used you for the past 10 years. I do want to say the guy that was sent out was wonderful. In addition to cleaning our carpets we aske him to clean all out tile and seal it. He spent three hours here and did a wonderful job. I am only sorry I did not get his name because I would request him again. I am so satisfied I truly would recommend you.
