Brandon was very nice, polite and did a great job. When Brandon arrived he asked if he could hook up to my hose because he used a lot of water on his last job, I showed him where the hose bid was. When I got the invoice I see their is a "water treatment fee" $15.00. So I have to pay you to use my hose water on my carpet? And when I hear your commercials on KFI you are talking about how your patented alkaline water is what makes your process so much better than everyone else, but I got hose water on my carpet. I feel I got shorted.

First of all the, cleaning, man were late we had to wait half a day, with out letting us know the reason, for not showing off, then they charge us too much for a small old used mattress,$149.00,for a Shetty job 10 minutes, also they did not provided the information of the product they were cleaning with, and seems to be they used nothing special, just water because there was not label, I will not recommend any body, to do cleaning with Zerorez Company, it was a rip off, also they never gave us a receipt, we called several times, they said they will send us a receipt but they never did.

From first phone call to job site: Perfection. Exceeded expectations. Sal was a true gentlemen and a very hard, proficient worker.

Like I always say, this is the only way to clean your carpets, floors, rugs, furniture and most anything in your house. Safe, non-toxic, soap-free and residue-free and leaves your home smelling pure and olorless with no perfumes or soap smell left behind. This is the only way I will clean our home and our business and has been for a number of years. We have three dogs and a cat at home and as many as eight dogs at our business on any given day, needless to say, things get dirty and with regular vacuuming and quarterly Zerorez visits, you wouldn't know we had that many pets. If you haven't tried Zerorez yet, you need to give them a try. They will have your carpets and other areas in your home up to better living standards in just a few visits by removing all the residue left behind from other ways of cleaning. I hope you will love Zerorez as I and our pets do.

My carpet is so clean and the spots do not return

The rep you sent very good. He's been here before. He did a good job and the carpets look good! Very pleasant and friendly guy as well.

Left carpet too wet, did not protect my hardwood floors and left them wet and covered with some white stuff, there was water splashed on furniture. I took photos of the mess that was left. Also, did not leave plastic squares for furniture feet.

It works great and the carpets turn out nice and clean. Service is efficient and thorough.

Had a problem with appointed time. I was gone and technician called to come early and my son
not knowing, said OK. Appointed time was between 1 & 3 and I would have been prepared for the cleaning. Because I was not there at 10:30 the carpet had not been vacuumed or spotted plus everything had not been moved including an ironing board which was not moved. It was in front of a sliding door which needed to be cleaned. Based on coming several hours early even though it is not his responsibility to move items, he SHOULD HAVE.

The carpet is not wet and slushy like others I have used.
The technician, Darnell Ross was neat and professional and on time.
The chemicals do not smell. Darnell pretreated some of the coffee
spots and the all came up. Perfect every time we use your services.

Efficiency is always important to me. Our technician was very efficient and effective.

In any company, there are opportunities to make good service even better. A recent service visit from Zerorez proved to us they do this. Their attention to customer service and detail tells me this is the way any company who want customer loyalty and return business should be modeled. Brandon the service tech was great.
