The old carpet looks almost like new again!
Your service is spectacular and Marcel is even better. I can't thank him enough for all he did. I am planning to sell my house and move to Wa. I can only hope that Zerorez is up in my area. Thank you again Marcel and Zerorez!

How amazing my carpets look after Zerorez has visited my house
We were told the carpet would be dried in 6-8 hours. Tech left at approx. 4:30pm. The carpet was still damp to the touch this morning. I've been running the air conditioner, as recommended, and almost 24 hours later it seems to be dry. We had furniture that had to be moved back in some of the rooms this morning.It would be better to let your customers know a more realistic time frame when they can expect dry carpet.

When the Zerorez Rep. Came to pick up rugs communication with office wasn't the Best....
Was in the wrong truck and I helped him lodge the rug in the passenger seat, Just a very different experience than Hanes Cross.

Pricing. This was costly! I had Living Room (12 x 14), stairs and a hallway, and it came out to $214. I will say that the gentleman was courteous and did a very thorough job -- for that, I will recommend you. The last guy was not as good and my stairs felt crunchy. This guy left and my stairs were soft and fluffy.
