What do you like about our products and services?

I like the use of extra hot water to clean the carpet, rather than detergent. I liked the care taken to ensure no damage to our wood floors. I liked the speed with which the job was done.

What do you like about our products and services?

I responded to the invoice wondering why you don't provide tech cleaning a shower with a tool or device that could get into crevices & corners. Instead, I have to spray those areas with bleach & hope it works. Sorry, but I expect more for $150+ per shower. You did though do a decent jobs with my old carpets a while back. Best results I've ever had

What could we do to improve?

ZEROREZ DRIVER CALLED ME AT 10:30 AM AND TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD BE AT OUR HOUSE BETWEEN 11:AM AND 11:30AM. AT 12:30PM HE CALLED AGAIN AND SAID THAT HE HAD HAD ANOTHER JOB TO DO BUT WOULD BE AT OUR HOUSE AROND 1:30 PM WHICH HE DID. SEEMS TO ME HE SHOULD HAVE CALLED US BACK WHEN HE RELIZED HE HAD MADE A MISTAKE AND TOLD US.AS ALWAY WE LIKE ZEROREZ A LOT. TKS First name removed

They cleaned our dirty pet stained carpets beautifully and they look and feel like new! The service technician was prompt knowledgable and friendly. The price of the service was very reasonable, I will definately be using them again!

He was very friendly. Told us about his experience. As I told him about the problem areas I felt he had listened. But the stains are still visible.

On time arrival. Gil was very courteous and professional. He moved furniture that was too heavy for me to move on my own. My carpets look amazing. Gil advised me that a few pet stains might not come out prior to cleaning and why. Although he wasn't able to remove them completely, they do look less noticeable. Even though I was alone in the house, except for my dogs, I felt very comfortable with Gil cleaning my carpets. I heard about Zerorez from Bill Handel on KFI and am very impressed with the service I received.

What do you like about our products and services?

Great technician (Eduardo Valencia). He was thorough and conscientious. We also like the "zero residue" results.
