How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

A lot of soap residue left in carpet- last time we had it done they used a de-foamer to get the soap out. Little things weren't moved to ensure a thorough cleaning- my husband and I are both having problems with our backs and are currently unable to do much. Workman was alone and tired by the time he got to our house and it showed in the quality of work we received.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Better customer service when it was Haines and Cross. The service man did his best with the equipment that he had but when I had my floors cleaned previously under the H&C they were cleaned more effectively. Will not be a returning customer.

What do you like about our products and services?

My 15 year old carpet looks brand new after your service rep. got finished. He was very professional, explaining each step he was taking and making excellent suggestions on how to protect the carpet from future stains by applying the ecoguard. He worked very hard to remove the pet odor and stain from my carpet and the results are excellent. I could not be more pleased.

Now that sounds straightforward and dry.

Juan was friendly, had a good sense humor and laughed at my dumb jokes. My point is he's welcomed back to my house anytime.

Service was professional and answered all my questions. I've never seen my carpets come out so clean and soft, not sticky or stiff, even with our 2 kittens, 1 cat and a dog! I was surprised how clean the carpets smelled!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I am afraid that my technician was tired, frustrated by an earlier encounter. He was not particularly pleased to be at my home and gave me curt answers and I ended up moving my own rugs, chairs etc. for him. If I had not had a party the following day I would have asked him to just leave. It was the end of the day and I assume the poor man was tired. He did do a good job with the cleaning though!

What could we do to improve?

Cheaper pricing. Also, I never got my invoice delivered to my email. I think you could improve your customer service by having the process explained as to vacuuming prior to cleaning. Darnell was very professional and courteous.

Staff was very helpful on the phone when we ordered the service and also during the service. Juan explained everything before starting and did an excellent job on our floor. The floor looks like new! How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I am not sure you can. I understand the process and purpose, but it fell way short of expectations. The serviceman did his job well and was extremely professional. He could only do as much as the technology allowed him. There was one area where one of my dogs has urinated, and there was a distinct odor in that area - I informed him. After it took two days for the rug to dry since the majority of the solution is high pressure water (I understand...i.e. no chemicals) the odor was just as strong and I felt I spent $344 for nothing since this was my primary reason for the rug cleaning. I need chemicals I think.
