Zerorez does an excellent job and I thoroughly believe in their process, but even more amazing is the talent that they manage to bring and keep with their company. I think I've been having Zerorez clean my carpets for seven or eight years. Every technician that provided service is competent and professional with a great attitude. It's been a pleasure.

We are currently getting our home ready to sell and start showing in the next couple of weeks; so we are pleased that our carpet with showcase the living room, dining room and den. We will be calling you again in the near future to clean my parent's carpet just before we sell their home.

What ever you use to clean the carpets des a great job and is not harmful to the carpets so I love that. I only wish you had small bottles to sell for the spills/cleanups in between the yearly carpet cleaning. Do you have any?
And all the reps we have had were great. We had Daniel this last time and he was a 15! He was personable, so upbeat and thougful I could go on and on. He did a great job and was so fast and efficient! I have recommended you to all my friends and family, in fact yu are cleaning my daughters rug next week.

Brett is a 10 and I will request him every time. The guy who came out before he did was about a 3. That's why I needed a reclean.
