What do you like about our products and services?

The product was great, there was no lingering smell, residue or chemicals and best of all the carpet is clean. Some of the stains I didn't expect to come out but they did.

Also Robert Keith was very professional, informative about the product and procedure, and cared about the job he was doing. I feel very comfortable recommending this service to anyone and we will use from now on. Thank you.

I have already been spreading the word about Zerorez and your services. Your rep was professional, upbeat, very friendly and extremely thorough. I got the sense he cares about his customers and providing top quality work was his first priority. I've had other companies come in with less than stellar results.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The rugs were delivered yesterday and after unpacking all the small rugs I noticed the same utine odor that I had them treated for but instead of one rug smelling all three smell now! I will be speaking to Eric to see what happened

The technician was very friendly, called ahead to let me know when to expect him, explained what he was doing, moved the furniture, and picked up after himself.
The products smell very good and don't leave a sticky residue.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The tech was late in arriving and only called to notify us of his late arrival ten minutes prior to his scheduled arrival time. My wife and I made arrangements to be home from work early to accommodate the tech. Would have been nice to save those vacation hours.

In addition, the tech lost control of a hose during his visit, which sent it flying down the stairwell and damaged our wall. We did receive a call from his boss, but have yet to hear about any repairs that will be made.

What make zero res great Is it really clean your carpet and the stains don't return after 30 days. The person who preformed my service is the best in business He was extremely knowledgeable about fabric and chemical reactions on how to clean certain stains on fabrics.
