Environmentally friendly, deep cleaning, courteous and professional service

Getting the carpets clean without using soap
What make zero res great Is it really clean your carpet and the stains don't return after 30 days. The person who preformed my service is the best in business He was extremely knowledgeable about fabric and chemical reactions on how to clean certain stains on fabrics.

My appointment this past weekend was scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. I received a call from Marcel, my technician, promptly at 8:00 a.m. to inform me he would be there within the half hour. He showed up on time, was courteous and polite. I had waited way too long to have my carpets and rugs cleaned, but Marcel did a thorough job, paying very attention to detail. Everything feels shiny and new, the bottom of my white socks are clean again, and I am a very happy customer. Zerorez never disappoints!

Nice service and products seem good, I can tell more when carpet is vacumn
as to the cleanliness of the carpet. So far carpet looks good except one area
of the dining room area rug. I will call Zerorez to please come back and go over a small

I think it would be better if there are two people instead of one performing the Carpet cleaning. One person requires to move furniture so that all the areas are covered and cleaned.

Safety, nontoxic products. Rashad was well informed, courteous, helpful and did a great
job! He called about 20 min. before arriving which gave me time to get my kitties into a 'safe' room. He also took precautions to address my concerns (e.g. baseboards, wood floor and wood legs of furniture). THANK YOU RASHAD AND ZEROREZ!
Carpet always looks great and Robert does a great job.
The first time I used Zerorez the guy did an outstanding job. My carpet was a mess and he really spent a long time working on it. This last time, the guy didn't work as hard. My carpet was a mess again, but the first guy did a much better job. I will use Zerorez again but hopefully I will get someone who works a bit harder. That first guy makes the others look bad :)

My rug is old but u advertise u guarantee of I'm not happy I don't pay , so when spots reappeared within the 30 day money back guarantee I called to request a refund.. Instead you sent out another tech and he insisted that the spots were new ones.. When I tried tell him no he got defensive and I got defensive arguing about who was right!!!. I'm sorry but his customer service sucks!! And if I'm still not happy in 30 days, well let's see how well the company's customer service will be.

The seal is great. No water penetration after 30 minutes. The shine looks great. However I was disappointed that at the price you chsrge you could not remove stains. And there WERE still some streaks in the finish that I didn't see until after he left. I was able to get them out pretty easily with terry cloth so no big deal. The real test will be how long the seal lasts. This was just completed yesterday.
It made all the difference in getting my house up to speed with cleaning both carpets and stone flooring. Dennis Smith technician was great with explaining and follow through. He was very professional.
