The carpet is always so fresh and clean after zero Rez, and looks wonderful!

Brett cleaned my tile and carpet and they both look like new!!! The grout lines are back to their original color and the carpet stains are gone! I am so happy with the Zerorez cleaning process!!! I will highly recommend your company to my friends and neighbors. Brett was wonderful!

The technicians, (Jose & Keith?)were so easy to work with and they did a fantastic job on our carpets. I have never experienced such professionalism-yet friendly and amiable-,knowledge and the imparting of knowledge without being condescending or patronizing.

1. when given a quote to the customer on the phone, please include "water treatment costs" so the customer can make an intelligent decision when comparing cost of the job with other carpets cleaning companies.
2. DO NOT OVERBOOK the day!!!!! It only aggravates the customer that has been anxiously waiting for the technician to arrive within a 2 hour time frame. I realize Zerorez makes more money with "add on cleaning", but I did not appreciate the technician being over one hour later than scheduled to arrive at my home.
On your website you state that dry time is 4-6 hours and even in 99degree heat our dry time was minimum 24 hours - some areas took 40 hours
It is all clean water so the likely would of leaving a residue of chemicals in the surfaces are not possible.
First of all, the products don't smell strong! Second you choose polite and capable employees that seem to take the job as seriously as if it were their own business. Third, price is not too high for our budget. Fourth and most important, the job when finished lookes great.

Keith once again did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. We are always amazed how clean the carpets are after the cleaning. It feels so good. We have been using Zerorez since 2013 and will continue to do
so. After using steam and shampoo cleaning processes, Zerorez is best.
And the customer service is outstanding. The guys are so nice and helpful. Keith is great. We appreciate him very much.
