Robert is an excellent technician and always gives detailed conscientious service. Because of Zerorez's process and quality service, 19 year old ivory colored carpets have remained fresh looking and stain free. I have recommended Zerorez to many people and will continue to do so!

I have never had my carpets and tile cleaned as well as zerorez. I have never been disappointed with their work or with how polite they are when they are working in my home. I have recommended it to at least 4 people.

I have white carpet that is over 13 years old. The stairs are carpeted as well. They look like brand new, after they are cleaned the Zerorez way! The technicians, have been great through out the years. Yesterday, Rashad called twice, to let me know how he was doing with his time, and to make sure that I was good with it. He did a fantastic job! Also the pre-service before the appointment was excellent. I will continue to use Zerorez, to keep my carpets looking new!

Our technician was very good. Carpets and upholstery looked great. He communicated his arrival time, and he was very prompt and efficient.

Problem=I was charged $50.00 for the fourth bedroom when it was supposed to be included in the $199.00. The technician would not clean it unless I paid an additional $50.00. Please respond.

My carpets always look and smell great. The gentleman that comes and does are carpet is friendly explains everything asked if we have any question when he is done explaining.
The other thing I like most of all he makes sure we are happy with everything he has done before leaving.
I will recommend and continue to use them.
