Problem=I was charged $50.00 for the fourth bedroom when it was supposed to be included in the $199.00. The technician would not clean it unless I paid an additional $50.00. Please respond.

My carpets always look and smell great. The gentleman that comes and does are carpet is friendly explains everything asked if we have any question when he is done explaining.
The other thing I like most of all he makes sure we are happy with everything he has done before leaving.
I will recommend and continue to use them.

The technician was very friendly and I liked the notifications saying he was on his way. I also like the fact that there is no residue on the carpets to attract dirt.

I was very please with the results, particularly how my old sectional sofa looks, so bright and like new. Also the tiled floor grout looks like its original color. There was no smell from the product used. My technician, Rashad was very professional and discussed with me each room he was going to clean before starting.

Very quick and easy. Technician was great and made sure the carpets were very clean.

My 100% wool carpeting cannot tolerate anything but steam cleaning. I have had 3 Zero Rez technicians to my house over the years and they all have been wonderful. My only issue is that I have a very small house and pay for one bedroom, one stairway and one small landing. I can never benefit from any promotional sales because of the stairs. I pay more than a 3,550 sq. ft. home would pay for 3 areas.

Green. No chemicals. Little water used so carpet dries fast.

I don't believe you are qualified to handle stone or marble. My kitchen floor could have used more cleaning. Spots were missed and residue was left on bath floor.

Detergent free cleaning. Shorter dry time compared to other methods.

No"up selling"as per my request except for offering the protectant at the end which I idid not feel was necessary.

I started working with them for the obvious carpet needs but soon realized that they do hard floor / ceramic tile surfaces, upholstery and leather restoration. Their staff is incredible!
