The technician explained everything that he was doing. He did a very good job cleaning my carpets, rugs and furniture.

My carpet is the super cheap apartment carpeting and is at least 15 yrs old (and a very light color).
It has wrinkles and is now getting bald spots. It had a terrible smell from someone that attempted to clean the carpet but had left so much detergent and water in it that it still wasn't completely dry a week later when your technician came.
Even in it's terrible condition, the carpet is cleaner than when we moved in 12 yrs ago. The smell is gone. I am REALLY happy with your services!!!

Your carpet cleaning really does an excellent job!

While the service was excellent, I do have one problem. We had a stain in the entry way that I believed were due to dog urine. So I requested a treatment for that. When the gentleman was done, the carpet looked perfect. But the very next day, as the carpet dried, the stain returned roughly half as bad as they were, but still unsightly. The technician mentioned that in order for Zerorez to guarantee urine spots, it would cost, I think he said $60 per spot. I wish I would have requested this, as the cleaning simply didn't last. I still may call for the enhanced cleaning. In fact the spot is by the edge of the carpet. My phone is Phone number removed. Name is Name removed.

WHAT I LIKE ABOUT THE PRODUCT IS YOU DONT USE ANY SOAP

Robert did a great job as usual. We have had other technicians in the past who were good, but since we got Robert several years ago, we always request him to do our annual rug cleaning.

I believe Keith does the best work. I always ask for him and I would refer my friends ask for him as well.
