I like the fact that your products are not full of harmful chemicals that could cause allergic reactions to children who like to play on the carpets and also the young man that came out to clean our carpet was very courteous and very nice.

I was very impressed that you guys came out to rectify the lingering problem after the first carpet cleaning didn't work. However, I would still say that timeliness is important, and the first time we had the cleaning, our technician was an hour late.
emergency, they came out the next day, were done in 30 minutes, got all stains out. Very pleased.

The quality was great - however, I am due a $15 rebate because my service was delayed from Saturday to Sunday due to a truck brake issue and this was offered to me to compensate for the inconvenience. I've not received a reply to my request. The Website is not always functional either - for example, I could select a date, but not a time and, therefore, could not register without a time. Communication typically goes one way (customer to Zerorez, but seldom does the customer receive a reply from Zerorez).
