VERY GOOD
I like that copious amounts of soap are not used to clean the carpets. A plus is that the technicians arrive on time!

Robert Keith, our service technician. did an excellent job cleaning our upholstered furniture on Monday,August 1,2016. We rate him a 10! He's extremely thorough in his work and very pleasant to work with. He has also done our carpet cleaning on other visits.
The pre-spray dog urine treatment before the actual cleaning treatment did not work. The spots are still there although they did fade a just a little.
I appreciate the professionalism; Rashad Jordan was requested for this recent cleaning as he made such a positive impression the first time he cleaned our carpets. Rashad is respectful and careful to protect our home as he utilizes the cleaning equipment.
