Zerorez is almost twice the money as other carpet cleaners and about a million times better. Dennis our technician is about as good as anyone can be.

Follow thru. Although Daniel was very amicable and accommodating, I was surprised to find that all the furniture items he told me he would move and put back with protectors to prevent marking of carpet. It seemed that the two small upholsutered chairs and settee had not been moved. He had offered that it would be done that way. Otherwise, we were very pleased with the customer contact and follow up as well as the neatness..
In fact, I was stunned to find the above overlooked when all other parts of the Rez experience was good.
