No chemicals, friendly service. Finished fairly quickly. There were a few things that the owner of the house forgot to move that would've been nice to have had the service guy pick up. Like a small table lamp on the floor and he just went around it with the carpet cleaner! I feel like he could've just picked it up really quick and put it on the table. Also, should it remove the smell of dog urine? I feel like there may be places it still smells even after the cleaning.

The Tech that came to our house was helpful and professional in his appearance and demeanor. He did a Great Job and the carpet was expertly cleaned. I opted to get the stain repellent and hope this extends the cleaning.

Make certain that if the tech damages something that he tells the homeowner right away. Be sure that the small plastic square go under all the wood furniture so the wood does not stain the carpet.

My technician was more than an hour late, so I had to reschedule for the next day. And then that technician was also more than an hour late. While my carpets feel softer, they still smell slightly like the previous house owner's dog. The pet smell, which isn't even that strong, was my main concern and it's still here. I paid almost $400 dollars to get my carpets clean. If you're going to charge so much more than your competitors you'd think that you'd a) be on time and b) do a good job to take care of a customer's main concern.
