First of all, Robert Keith is excellent...he does a fantastick job.
Since I bought this house, yours m are the only products that have been used on my rugs and carpet. They always turn out looking brand new.

What could we do to improve?

Have your tech make sure to lay down tarps on to tile floors before he begins cleaning the carpet. This last tech did not do so.

We are so pleased with the great job that Robert did. We had the carpets cleaned about three years ago by you and the job that was done was ok. Robert stepped it up with a very through job, you can tell when a man takes pride in his work. Our carpet that is about eight years old looks like new. We would for sure refer you to anyone that is looking to have there carpets cleaned.

Make sure to ask the client if they are allergic to citrus before you spray on the carpet pre-cleaner.

For carpet cleaning I like the very powerful spray/suction hose that work together to rid carpet of pet hairs down into the tightly woven knapp of the carpet and remove spots that have settled in also
I would like to compliment Jose' for his meticulous, professional service. I was in awe of my carpet!!!

What could we do to improve?

No chemicals, friendly service. Finished fairly quickly. There were a few things that the owner of the house forgot to move that would've been nice to have had the service guy pick up. Like a small table lamp on the floor and he just went around it with the carpet cleaner! I feel like he could've just picked it up really quick and put it on the table. Also, should it remove the smell of dog urine? I feel like there may be places it still smells even after the cleaning.
