We have urtilized Zerorez several times at our residence. Our carpets are 18 years old and still look brand new. We like Zerorez for the fact that there aren't soaps or detergents applied to the top of our carpets which creates a "dirt trail" within a month. The deep power cleaning Zerorez utilizes, provides the best carpet cleaning method in the industry. The technicians are very professional as well.
The Zerorez reputation and Bill Handel told me so and my Tech Robert, the younger , was very knowledgeable in answering all my questions. He also did a great job cleaning my couch .

My baby has sensitive skin, so the fact you folks don't use harsh chemicals is a huge, HUGE boon to me and my family.
I was super impressed with the gentleman that came to clean my carpets. He was so professional and knowledgable and was able to answer all of my questions. He did a wonderful job and my carpets seriously look brand new and they are 8 years old. Thank you Zerorez you have a lifetime customer!!

No chemicals or soap used.
The solution you use to deep clean seems to do a great job. The representative Daniel who cleaned my carpets and tile floor worked very hard to make sure he answered all my questions prior to the cleaning and the work was fantastic. The house feels and looks so much cleaner and fresher.
I like that there are no chemicals used in the cleaning process. Carpet cleaning done in a timely manner. Brett your carpet cleaning representative was polite and friendly. He took the time to get out the most stubborn of stains and we had several!! Our carpets and area rugs looked like they were brand new. Excellent job.
What ever you use to clean the carpets des a great job and is not harmful to the carpets so I love that. I only wish you had small bottles to sell for the spills/cleanups in between the yearly carpet cleaning. Do you have any?
And all the reps we have had were great. We had Daniel this last time and he was a 15! He was personable, so upbeat and thougful I could go on and on. He did a great job and was so fast and efficient! I have recommended you to all my friends and family, in fact yu are cleaning my daughters rug next week.
