Everyone I dealt with, from my first phone conversation to the gentleman that did such a marvelous job cleaning our carpets, was extremely polite and pleasant to deal with. This stands out in a world where customer service seems to have largely become extinct. Our carpets look fantastic, and it was clear that the result was important to the worker who did the job. His name is Daniel, and I will probably request him for the next cleaning.

We had heard about Zerorez on the radio. With a large party coming up in our home, I was embarrassed by the condition of our dirty carpets and gave them a call. I was able to get a next day appointment. Michael, the tech who came out, was outstanding. He actually called and asked if he could come early! He was a perfectionist at getting our carpets cleaned. The heavy traffic areas and random dirt spots literally vanished. There was no odor from chemicals because they don't use any--I was very impressed. The carpet was dry in about 6-7 hours. He did a phenomenal job and took pride in the quality of his work. The carpet looks brand new. I am extremely pleased with Zerorez and will be a regular customer from now on. The price was fair and I highly recommend Zerorez to anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned.

I like that there is no chemicals in the water that you clean everything with! It's nice not to have a reaction to it. My daughter has asthma and I am very sensitive to the chemicals that are normally used to clean carpets. I have used Zerorez for years and wouldn't think of using anyone else! Of course, I can't leave without saying how much I like Marcel and his knowledge of cleaning anything. He knows so much and he has been coming to my house for years! He's the greatest guy with a calming personality.....and I would leave my house with him in it without hesitation!!

The initial contact was a bit sketchy and then we had to reschedule. The rescheduled time actually got to the house early and was finished very quickly. So was happy for that.

This was the best carpet cleaning that we have ever had. The carpet looks 15 years newer. All the spots are gone and my grandson has been learning to crawl on a clean carpet. I have already recommended you to everyone I tell about our carpet. We will definitely call you again next year.
