No suds or residue left in carpet

I had used a big name carpet cleaning company for years and the stains always came back. One day I heard the advertisement for Zerorez and decided to try it. I've never gone back to the old carpet cleaner because Zerorez was able to remove stains that had been in my carpet for years. I was so impressed with the results that I no longer use any other company than Zerorez.

I have used zerorez on about 12 occasions. Unfortunately this time the carpets just never came up as clean as usual. Ironically this was new carpet that had never been cleaned before.

Robert Keith provided excellent service. He explained what he was going to do and then completed everything needed in a very professional manner. He cleaned our carpets and restretched them where needed. Excellent job, and our 14 year old carpets look as good as new.

The first thing that attracted me to your product was that it was completely natural using the alkaline water to clean leaving zero residual unlike other chemical types of carpet cleaning options.

Brett did a great job and had an excellent attitude. He showed up right on time, too. The carpets and kitchen floor look fantastic. I liked that Brett had shoe covers for us to use while the carpet was damp.

Eduardo made my carpets look like new. However, when I made the appointment, I was told that the charge would be $199 for 2 bedrooms plus one chair (the special was to get two areas cleaned and the third was free)) When I was presented with the bill, it was actually $214. The extra $15 I was charged was for "water treatment fee". That makes no sense to me, nor do I like that the additional cost was not mentioned when I made the appointment. I do appreciate that I was given shoe protectors to wear but they should have also been worn by Eduardo. He tried to clean up the footprints on my hardwood floor especially in the hall between the two bedrooms, but it didn't work. I'm still trying to remove the prints. I hope that they're not there permanently.
