There is NO SOAP in Water Only PURE WATER
Carpet stays cleaner and is soft when finished. Richard is able to get the black areas by walls out. No other carpet companies have been able to do that!

You can feel that the carpet is really clean and last clean longer. Also, the customer service is incomparable. I booked my appointment with Zerores after hanging up with another company which have a horrible customer service. I rather pay more but be sure that im going to be 100% satisfy and well treated.
Probably only doing a thorough vacuuming before cleaning the carpet. Otherwise everything else was great.

I have been using Zerorez for several years. The technicians have always been on time and called with updates in case they are running a little behind. This week Daniel called 20 minutes prior to arrival at the scheduled time. I was given a 2 hour window of 11 - 1 pm, He arrived right at 11.
the pre-treatment citrus scent smelled so good that even my granddaughter smiled and said, "It smells like oranges!" Daniel worked diligently and treated a couple of difficult areas a few times until he got them clean. After cleaning 4 heavy traffic rooms, he was finished in 90 minutes. A great experience!
The Srtairs stayed wet for 2 days even though I did all that I was Told to do, The technician was overly concerned that I would do as instructed. The chair was left with streaks in the fabric that I can't get out. He was there barely an hour as documented by his call to arrive and his sending the receipt
