Your patented process is miraculous! It gets all the dirt out and doesn't leave any chemical residue. The carpet in my apartment is 18 years old but it cleaned up beautifully. I am so happy. Your employee called 10 minutes ahead to say he would be here at 10 am and he arrived on time. He did a great job and was both friendly and professional.

You have a nice list of information prior to service but one thing that I would recommend be included is how messy stone restoration is. It would have been helpful to prepare for that or have better clean up.
I KNOW I know that Zerorez has the best technology but Jose was like icing on the cake he was by far the best tech that's ever been to my house from Zerorez he was the most knowledgeable and did the best job of cleaning our carpets I will ask 4 Jose from now on our next job will be on hard surfaces and some chairs
