Application and cleaning went well. The technician was very professional and explained everything.

I have always been very pleased with your service and product however the last time I had our carpet cleaned I had to have them come back last week and redo the whole room because it was as dirty as it was when the first technician came here . I will however use your service again and have recommended you to several friends and relatives

You made two attempts to remove the odor from the carpet and pad and both attempts were unsuccessful. We were going to try a third time but decided it probably wouldn't do any good so we decided to replace the carpet. The new carpet has been ordered and will be installed on 6/10. Everyone was very nice but ultimately it was a waste of money for us since nothing really got done.
Please note that this comment is NOT about your technician. Sal was very good and provided good service. However, as discussed several times before Sal's visit, our primary reason for using your services was to clean up cat urine. You should have told us weeks ago (long before Sal showed up) that not only was there a good chance you couldn't fully clean it, but that there was a good possibility that the smell would get WORSE. I have company arriving in a few days and am scrambling to figure out how to get rid of this bad smell that did not exist before the cleaning! I would have preferred not to have spent the money cleaning that particular room in question and, instead, replaced the carpet / pad. I would recommend your services overall but NOT for anything related to pet urine as you overstated your capabiity.
Dennis did a wonderful job and was able to answer my many,many questions! He went to great lengths to protect our wood floors.
