That you just use hot water for carpet and nothing that leaves residue. Also that you will clean and wax VCT in a residence.
They showed up on time, the representative was great, and they did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets.
I like the way my carpet looks so clean afterwards. I feel that it is the most natural way to clean carpets. I appreciate the way Dennis explains thoroughly the answers to all of my questions, and tells me of the other services that are available with Zerorez.
The person who came to clean my carpets was very kind and well presented. He fed me some pseudoscience stuff though. Such as how the Japanese live longer because of alpine water and how cancer can't live in it. If he wanted to discuss the pH levels of water and how that impacts the chemistry of cleaning I'd be all ears, but his information sounded rehearsed. I get the impression that Zerorez as a business is promoting this content. So for that reason, my suggestion is for the -business- of Zerorez to improve by dropping some of the Facebook style pseudoscience in their sales and stick with chemistry.
As for the person who serviced by property, I have nothing but good things to say. He was exquisitely professional.
Darnel was very professional. Evidently, a couple stains were too stubborn to remove but otherwise the carpets look great. I will definitely use you again and will recommend you to our friends. Thank you!

I only have two stains and neither one of them came up. This is the first time that I've ever I only had two stains and neither one of them were removed, or even minimized. Although I think zerorez cleaned my carpets, I don't believe that it removes stains.
On - time and prepared to start. The entire job took only 2 1/2 hours and the results are indescribably awesome. Matt was a genius with the wand and we couldn't be happier. I did have to assure my wife that when she got up, she was still in OUR house as it looks like it has brand new carpeting.

The gentleman who cleaned our carpets (Keith) was very friendly and very thorough in getting the job done. i like that there are no soaps and harsh chemicals and that they left me a bottle of cleaner for spot cleaning. This is the second time I have used zerorez and I recommend it to all my friends. I have light carpet and it always looks brand new when they are done.

I have already referred Zerorez. The carpets are always so clean and last a lot longer between cleanings because the dirt etc doesn't stick. I also use your crystals to spot clean and again the carpet is extra clean. Now I'm using the after shampoo - will see how that works. And, your team is very congenial and efficient!
