Lower minimum amount for single room. We have one small living area that costs 180 dollars and we were told you can do three rooms for that price but we only have the one room to do so it seems unfair to charge the same price.

Our technician was extremely professional and pointed out an area that would possible be a problem. He was very conscientious of our possessions and our walls.

Very good, but getting VERY pricey.
Of course, I love our clean carpets. I was hoping to have a chance to tell you that Daniel not only did a great job but he was warm and pleasant in doing a fantastic job. We are a home bound elderly couple and truly appreciate kind courteous people like Daniel. I hope the next time we have our carpets cleaned he will be available or someone that he has trained.

Scheduled appointment on May 20. Window time is from 2-4pm. Your technician showed up after 5pm. Rushed cleaning in Apt 108 & Apt 401's master bedroom carpet was not cleaned. Customer service said it was not in the original work order. Not happy with service.
