Was dissapointed that light furniture was not moved and carpet underneath not cleaned. All previous vendors have always moved the lighter furniture, cleaned and then put the furniture up on styrofoam pads until the carpet dried.
Paid to have a deodorizer put in certain areas and the odor we were trying to remove/mask is even stronger.
Technician was great....very professional.
Don't know if I would use Zerorez again just due to the fact that not all areas that normally would be cleaned were cleaned and the fact that the pet urine areas that did not smell previously now smell.
