I was mis-informed by your front/receptionist female (young lady) on the phone, who gave me wrong information by 80%. Her communication was wrong for the most part. On the day of arrival I and my staff were highly stressed and frustrated due to this wrong information. While I did like the quality of your cleaning with PH water and that was the only reason I hired you. I was highly disappointed and discouraged about your front office staff communication and follow through. Please pay attention to this.

i am very disappointed as I wanted blood spots removed from my bedroom carpet and they are still there. This was the only reason I hired your company as my living room and hall way carpet have been replaced the past year so needed minimal cleaning. What can I do about my bedroom carpet - which is more than 20 years old. Can you suggest anything I can do to fade the blood spots which were the result of an accident.
