With a wet paper towel could pull up lots of dirt from the flooring.. Looks like we could have got better results with a few moppings.

Carpet looked very good overall after cleaning. The tech that did the cleaning was very
courteous and professional. Would like to see a little better results in the high traffic areas. Maybe lightly brushing the area they spray with cleaner before cleaning might improve the process.

Your tech , Rashad, was excellent! He called prior to arriving at our house ,introduced himself and presented his business card. He was very cordial and explained what he would be doing and then put done protective mats on the floor and then went to work. Rashad worked fast but he was very aware of of making sure he didn't break or damage any of our household items. The next time we call Zerorez we will make sure we request Rashad.
You removed a large two year old wine stain. And I am on "blood thinners and I had many "spots" of blood; all were removed.

The technicians were very professional and nice. The carpet was very wet after being cleaned, when it started to dry some discoloration appeared on the stair landings. Hoping the wet carpet smell goes away as it get more dry. I have fans set up.
Love your service! You did clean my bathroom marble and it looked just okay. Still some grout areas not as clean as I'd like. But the limestone me out great.
The cleaning process does not mean involve the use of any chemicals yet provides a good, thorough cleaning.

Too expensive for a fake fabric rug!
The cleaning technician was as polite and professional as could be. He ensured that my carpet would look great when he was finished. I was worried because we have 6 children and our good quality carpet looked pretty terrible. He was right, when he was finished, our carpet looked incredible. I was very happy! I thought we would have to replace the carpet on our stairs. After he left, I was also glad that I could not smell a stinky residue, which has been our experience in the past with other cleaners. Zerorez will be getting a call from us the next time we need carpet cleaning. I will recommend you to others. Thank you!
Jose was so nice! He was quick, very efficient, took care to do a perfect job and made our house shine like new.
We also loved his quiet truck. Today our neighbors had another brand carpet cleaner. That truck sounded like an un-muffled Harley Davidson.
