Our Zerorez Texhnician(Matt?) was timely and very professional! The carpet and stairs look fantastic despite being quite old!

I never receive promised phone calls; I have not received my rug back after 2.5 weeks; after repeated calls from me I was told my rug would be retuned 3 days ago; my emails are not responded to. How can I review the work when I can't get my merchandise back to see it?
Zerorez could not have a representative better than Robert. I always look forward to his visit. He puts life back into the carpet and makes the porcelain look like it was just installed. I recommend Zerorez to everyone.
