Rolando came in on time and within a couple of hours he was finished. Our carpet is around 15 years old and this would be the fifth time we have had Zerorez clean it. It came out looking like the day we had it installed, even Rolando was really happy how it came out. Great product and company to deal with.
Cleaning technique has proven to be highly effective on my carpet. The technician, Matt, was very personable and efficient.

I told the guy on the phone and the guy who came here and the either didn’t or do a good job around the bathtub.
Plus the whole job didn’t shine like other times I got it done but they DID NOT DO around the bathtub which I would like done ASAP because I have guests coming this weekend
Technician was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The process he used to clean the carpet worked very well. There is no longer a stain where a cup of hot chocolate was spilled!

I personally am not a chemical free person, so I don’t care about that. What I care about is getting the spots out of my carpet. Often times they come back, so only time will tell if your products worked better.
Hi, I have been meaning to reach out and share my feedback, but I've been busy.
I was disappointed by the lack of thoroughness by the man who cleaned the carpets in my office.
There was one area that he missed and I thankfully caught it and pointed it out. He missed a corner of the room because he didn't take the time to open and/or close the French doors all the way to easily gain access to that space.
He also said he doesn't lift heavy things, but he didn't think to put a couple of pillows that were under the massage table on top of the massage table in order to clean under the massage table. I noticed that and then asked him to do that after he had already finished the room. He willingly went back and did just that.
However, one area I did not catch was in my treatment room. He did not clean the carpet between the massage table and the wall. There is enough room there for me to get around the table when I treat people with acupuncture, so I assume he could have cleaned there. Even if he needed more room, it is so easy to move that table over an inch or two. I can do it and I am a woman who is not that strong and I have a bad back.
To me, this feels like a lack of attention to detail or just laziness. I don't necessarily want him to know who complained about him. I may want to use your services in the future. Thanks for listening.
I’ve liked Zerorez for a while at my home. Tried them at my office. Salesman came out and gave me a quote. Problem was it was too low and the technician was complaining the whole Time and sped through the job and it didn’t turn out too good.
Normally very good results but not this time.
Matt was absolutely awesome! He was very knowledgeable, personable and did a fantastic job on my carpet! I will be using Zerorez again in the future!
i use zerorez because it works and i have tried many other companies.....
