Unlike our other experiences with rug and upholstery, there is no residue and everything looks fresh and clean. Prompt, competent, and courteous staff and reasonable prices.
Technician, Sal, was very pleasant and cooperative. He did an excellent job cleaning the worst soiled areas, and explained why some spots didn't come as clean as one would like. We have used Zerorez several times, and find that our carpets do tend to stay cleaner longer with their process.

Our carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture came out clean, and without the heavy smell of perfumed cleaners. I've used ZeroRez in Seattle, Los Angeles, and I'll use them in Park City UT when we move there. The employees are always very professional, show up on time, and do a very thorough job! In the past we also had our granite counter tops sanitized and treated. Made me feel better about our food prep surfaces!

I appreciated that Sal prepped the floors by putting down the mats before cleaning our carpet. I liked that he put up the corner protection guards. Sal was very friendly and did a great job cleaning our carpet. I would highly recommend your company and Sal.

How clean our rugs look! We have white 22 year old carpet and you keep them looking amazing!
I am disappointed about the result of the cleaning. My carpet didn’t have any dirt spots but it was grey-ish in the most walked areas. The technician worked very fast and assured me that i can see the difference after the carpet dried up but it didn’t.
The carpet was in the same conditions that it was before. I didn’t see a difference.
I feel like I wasted my time and money.
To make it right: a technician should come back and give an other try and maybe spend more time on it :(

They are always prompt, honest and very helpful.
If ever I have had any issue at all, they come back out and really do want their customers happy.
I have also had "emergency" issues and they have done all they can to come out the same day or the next.
Their service is stellar and that is hard to find these days.
The person who did my cleaning was excellent. He was neat, helpful and
throw. My carpets and sofa look great! And of course there is zero residual!
Clean carpets with zero residue. The price was reasonable, the service tech helped with a few extra preparations. The best part was that he did it all and left, and I was sent a bill via email. Who does that? Who performs such a service that cannot be undone and then trusts you to pay later? Okay, maybe there are some, but for carpet cleaning -- I was so impressed!
