If the arrival time is from 1-3 Zerorez should give you a call versus the customer having to call to get an update—and then the technician showing up 1.5 hours past 3 PM, even though both calls to customer service reported that he would arrive at 2 PM.

I like everything! This is the third time I've used Zerorez and have been very satisfied each time. It is easy and convenient to schedule an appointment (even at the last minute), the technicians are polite, friendly and professional and the service is excellent. The carpets are expertly cleaned with all stains and odors removed with very little wicking, quick drying and the price is reasonable.
