I have been using Zerorez for the the past 6 years to clean my light colored carpets and have never been disappointed in the outcome. Robert, from the Irvine office is the best!!!!
Excellent service. The carpets look beautiful.
I was specific in my request for a quote and they left out two main rooms. The carpet was still wet more than 24 hours later, carpet was so wet it smelled like mildew.
No smell and fast drying
Too expensive. And was not given the full price until the work was done.
Feel like I was severely over charged for 3 h of work. And it was not that great in removing some of the stains.

I am a repeat customer and called with an emergency - red wax spilled on my carpet and couch. Brett was scheduled for between 2-4. He called called at 1 and asked if he could come early which was fine with me. He was courteous and neatly dressed. He worked hard on the stains and did a great job. The rug looks like new. I would definitely use him again.

I've used Zerorez for all our carpet cleaning needs for the past six years. I've always been completely satisfied with their service. We recently had our carpets cleaned by Rashad. He is truly a very experienced professional and is as nice as he is competent. Our carpets are older, but there is certainly no need to buy new carpets after the wonderful job he did. We couldn't be happier!
