The serviceman was friendly and professional. I left with my family so we didn’t get in the way. He locked my door when he was done and left shoe covers for us by the front door.

The products that you use clean my carpet very well. I have a had other carpet shampoo guys in and they messed things up. Zerorez, Brian who was my guy, was professional and friendly and we discussed exactly what it was that I needed and his suggestions made it perfect. Brian did a good job and did not leave a mess. And my carpets have never looked so good

What do you like about our products and services?

I was very happy with Zerorez because there was no chemical smell. The rep was very courteous. The rep dis the job fast, but well. He asked for us to check it after he was done cleaning incase there was something we were not pleased with. The rep said the carpet would be dry in about 4 hours, which was correct.

What do you like about our products and services?

Zerorez did an amazing job on our carpets in our vacation home in Rancho Mirage. Every spot was quickly eradicated and the carpet looks brand new. Our technician was prompt, knowledgeable and fast, doing an amazing job!

We will be calling you again and recommend to all our friends!

What could we do to improve?

If the arrival time is from 1-3 Zerorez should give you a call versus the customer having to call to get an update—and then the technician showing up 1.5 hours past 3 PM, even though both calls to customer service reported that he would arrive at 2 PM.

I like everything! This is the third time I've used Zerorez and have been very satisfied each time. It is easy and convenient to schedule an appointment (even at the last minute), the technicians are polite, friendly and professional and the service is excellent. The carpets are expertly cleaned with all stains and odors removed with very little wicking, quick drying and the price is reasonable. I have pets and have used many carpet cleaning services in the past and none compares to Zerorez. Thanks so much!

Eduardo was here on time. He was informative, friendly and professional. The cleaning of my carpet (4 rooms) was the best cleaning I've ever had. The elimination of soap was a big factor. Highly recommended.
