I have been using Zerorez for years and have always been extremely satisfied with the job they do and have never had a problem with anything concerning each cleaning. Their technicians are professional and really nice.
This time I had to have a reclean but when Robert was finished my floor looked brand new. Robert will be my technician for all cleanings in the future.
Work was done expeditiously but very well and spots I didn’t think he could get out, he did. Very courteous and pleasant. Definitely will call again when I need carpet service.

Los Angeles Operations Asdociate Manager, Marcel Costamaillere was professional, worked hard, very kind and cooperative. I wish Zerorez informed me about the waves and ripples I would have after cleaning for 48+hours, in the form of a paper leaflet, so I would not have panicked! The information and video was emailed to me after the fact! It would have saved me the anxiety I experienced before it dried completely. I would have expected it and ignored it! All is well that ends well👍🏻

I live in Calabasas where the Woolsey fire came within a few feet of my condo building. I have been cleaning for days to get rid of the smoke smell. Zero Rez came the day after thanksgiving and cleaned the carpets. The smell is GONE. Thank you so much to Zero Rez. I have used them for my home and office for years and have never been disappointed with the quality of the work or the professionalism of the technicians.
