Unfortunately, I will never book with Zerorez again. Someone at the company mysteriously moved my appointment time from 10am to 8am in the morning, completely ruining my schedule for the day with another contracted service and leaving me in a complete frenzy to wake my children and move furniture. Despite the unannounced schedule change, I scrambled to get me home and family in line to complete the carpet cleaning, only to find out later that our technician left a 4-6” border of carpet untreated all the way around the rooms and stairs. I could continue with additional details concerning their poor service and my extreme frustration, but I’ll simply say “don’t bother.”

The service was fantastic, your tech Matt was great to deal with. Matt is an ambassador for your company, his knowledge of carpet manangement and cleaning was amazing. Matt explained every step of the process and when he was done my carpets looked fantastic. i am so amazed with how clean my carpets look and how good they feel to the touch. i will recommend your company to my family and friends and look forward to having Zerorez back in the future to clean my carpets.

Zerorez consistently provides excellent outcomes when cleaning our carpet and furniture. It’s surprising what stains are removed that we thought were permanent. We only use this service and have recommended them to a number of friends.

We appreciate the excellent job that Levon did. He was very neat & did'nt leave a mess. He was willing fo move the furniture for us. He explained how he was going clean the carpets & the best way to dry them after he was through. This is the second time we have used Zeroez and I'm it won't be the last.

I like the attention to detail like corner protectors on my walls, floor protection put on my wood floor while cleaning the carpets. Daniel left my family enough booties so we could still walk on our carpets while they were drying. He was fantastic!

Needless to say, it's been a challenge to keep our house clean. The Zerorez cleaning process is amazing! You'd never know we had the situations we do with Fluffy, that's her name! The wood flooring treatment including sanding, staining and buffing was not a service I expected. It is nice to be able to have carpet and wood flooring taken care of with one company.

Robert was excellent- he went above and beyond the service we expected. He spent extra time on our wood floors and made them look like new. They were in bad shape.
