My carpet was extremely soiled when I called for the appointment. Zerorez did an amazing job on the carpet. They look so much better and there is no more pet odor. This is honestly the only way to clean carpet.
As far as I'm concerned there is nothing more you can do to improve....Zerorez is the best process and Robert is the best technician. ..a winning combination! My carpet is 22 years old and it looks like it's new after Robert is finished. Very satisfied customer for several years.

Great job. My carpets have never been so clean!
The floors look great in general. However, after the man left, I noticed some dark grout in corners, by the sides of the walls, and hours later we noticed a huge puddle of the sealer under our Christmas tree. It took a few towels to clean that up. I spent about 30 minutes I the bathroom cleaning corners, along the walls and around the toilet, etc.
Alll in all I am going to use Zerorez again.

Your technicians are cordial, on time, very capable, and get right to work once they walk through the house. They have the right equipment and supplies for the various types of cleaning. I have used them half a dozen times and am always impressed with results. I had my tile grout cleaned for the first time this week. It hadn't been done in the twelve years since I've lived here and probably for some time since the last owner lived here. It looks like new! Way to go!
I’ve been using Zerorez for a few years, like the no-soap concept, and have been very happy with courtesy and professionalism of the service reps. This time, we had our carpets upstairs and downstairs cleaned, as well as our tile floors in our kitchen and entryway.. When the rep showed me how he’d even removed all the dirt, dog hair and grime from even our family room carpet (the inevitable dirt donut around the coffee table where we watch the most TV), and then asked me if I’d like him to apply a sealer, I agreed. Certainly didn’t want that carpet to get dirty any tome soon. Then I had him seal our porcelain tile grout. Done! Everything looks fantastic and we’re ready for the holidays.
Our Carpet Cleaner Jorge Martinez was SUPER fantastic. I NEVER thought that we would get anyone as good as the one that we have been using for the last 20 years or so. But when I saw how Jorge was working I was impressed. He took his time, and used overlapping strokes, so that the carpet was really gone over multiple times. This was a technique used by our former and fabulous carpet cleaner. When I complimented Jorge, it turned out that he trained with our beloved former carpet cleaner!!

I love how clean my carpets are with your process and that they stay cleaner longer. They also feel cleaner unlike soap based cleaning processes which leave the carpets feeling stiff and as if a residue remains in the carpet.
