Just had our carpets cleaned and are very happy with the results. Robert from Irvine was wonderful and so pleasant to have in our home. He did a remarkable job -- even removed a stain that no one else could get out. We plan to ask for Robert the next time our carpets need cleaning.

For the first time I had you clean porcelain tile. The tile was left with a white residue all over it, some areas it was thin and light and others it was thick and heavy. I called back and left a message but haven't heard back. Going to call again today.
Robert my cleaning guy was great! Very neat! he protected my wood floors thourghly and my carpet looks great. This is the second time I have had Robert and would highly recommend him.
As i said in a previous message to you, the man got my carpet very clean however instead of putting pladtic strips under legs of furniture he put the chairs on top of bed on my comforter. I couldn’t believe it. Last time i had comforter cleaned it was $65. Very expensive lesson I learned

We love that shampoo is not used instead hot water. Our carpets look great! Then we even had them come back and had the kitchen and bathroom tile and grout cleaned and that also looks wonderful! We used them once before and we are sold!!

carpet left too wet and spots not removed. we were able to remove the spots by rubbing with a damp wash cloth.
