How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I scheduled a shower and 3 baths. He only cleaned the bath and a small laundry room and left the floors really wet. The fee remained the same $179. Terrible job! Very disappointing.

Robert was extremely through and probably did the best job we have ever had for upholstery and carpet cleaning. He was honest and everything looks great. Both robert and ZEROREX get a 10 plus!

I appreciated the prompt and courteous service in making an appointment. I also highly prized Livingston's thorough and courteous care of the carpets., I appreciated their services in the past and that is why I contacted them again to care for recently acquired pet stains.

We've used your services several times and have always been very satisfied. The technicians who came to the house were always pleasant and careful, and they all have done a wonderful job with cleaning our carpet (a very light color) and sometimes, as this time, the sofa. The young man this time worked efficiently and quickly, but very thoroughly (as the others have in the past, also). We will definitely use your company again and recommend it to others.

What do you like about our products and services?

I love the idea that the water is so pure without using harsh chemicals. I also don't need to have my carpet or tile cleaned as often with this method.
