Well to start with this is the first time in 30+ years of home ownership that I was told to vacuum the carpets before the cleaning process. All other companies I have hired bring in their own high powered vacuums and do that as part of the cleaning process. And I moved all furniture so the tech had to move nothing.
Second, I did not appreciate being told that the area at the top of my stairs was going to cost me an additional $40 since the tech was considering it a "hallway". I was not advised of this during the estimate process over the phone. He offered to reduce it to $20 after I said I would cancel the whole process rather than pay $40 for that area. I agreed to pay the $20.
Third, I did not appreciate the immediate "upselling" that occurred trying to add services such as "re-applying Scotch guarding" without even knowing what type of carpet I have. I do not have "Scotch guarding" on my 9 month old carpet and my carpet/flooring provider told me not to do the "Scotch guarding". There were no stains and this job was very easy to do.
Also there were no plans to place any type of "barrier" under the metal frame of a bed until I insisted on it. I feared rust might occur on my carpet from the cleaning process.

I love the fact that you don't use chemicals to clean the carpet. My personal products and the items used to clean my home are all natural as well. That's extremely important to me.
I have had Zerorez to my condo twice and both times they were superb. On time, professional, courteous and very heplful even when I asked if I could add a few items. The technician did a great job. the carpets are just like new, and he even got some pesky pet stains removed. They are great! Don't hestitate.
Services are pricey, but living room carpet and upholstered chair came out clean. I was somewhat bothered though that it took over 24 hours for the carpet to dry.

The best part is the water that Zerorez uses to clean the carpets. It does not leave a musty odor after cleaning. Zerorez is always successful in getting out stains. The carpets look new again. Also, the service men are always careful to protect the walls and floor while they clean.
You charged me $40 extra for cleaning a hallway and pathway through the living room. Although Gabriel was very charming and accommodating, he spent almost ten minutes on a personal call just as he was about to start the job in my home.
