We've used your services several times and have always been very satisfied. The technicians who came to the house were always pleasant and careful, and they all have done a wonderful job with cleaning our carpet (a very light color) and sometimes, as this time, the sofa. The young man this time worked efficiently and quickly, but very thoroughly (as the others have in the past, also). We will definitely use your company again and recommend it to others.

I love the idea that the water is so pure without using harsh chemicals. I also don't need to have my carpet or tile cleaned as often with this method.

What do you like about our products and services?

I have used Zerorez for more than 10 years and wouldn’t use ANYONE else! The fact that they do not use soap or chemicals leaves your carpet soft (not crunchy), does not attract dirt and is great for pet owners.

Tile & upholstery cleaning also results in a superior outcome. If you can’t remember the true color of your grout or furniture, Zerorez will show you!

What do you like about our products and services?

Very professional worker that came to do the job. Brett was on time, and did the job perfectly. He advised me to leave on the fan for the carpets to dry off more quickly and when coming in to see everything he has done, he provided me with shoe covers so I wouldn't slip or dirty the newly cleaned floors (it was raining outside). Would def recommend to my friends. And all commendations to Brett!

What do you like about our products and services?

I can always get an appointment when I request one. The technicians are prompt, courteous and very efficient. The cleaning is thorough and very satisfactory and done quickly. I have only been disappointed once by Zerorez, but my concerns were addressed by the company. I am happy to recommend them.

Brett(?) was very professional, polite, courteous and proficient at his job! He felt bad but was honest when he accidentally scratched the wood floors when moving our sectional. I didnt mind too much and showed him how walnuts rubbed on the floor can cover up the scratches and he ended up using them to cover up the few other scratches. The floors look great! Thanks!

No chemicals is my favorite thing. The last technician I had was unimpressive and I almost didn’t schedule with you again but I’m glad I did because Robert was amazing. He did a very thorough job and got some really tough stains out. I was impressed! Will be calling and requesting Robert every time!

Matt showed up on time and was able to resolve our problem immediately. I had accidentally spilled some guacamole on the carpet and he said he couldn't guarantee it would completely come out. However, he worked diligently on the large spot and it looks as good as new! Very happy with your services. He also loved our dog, Darla (and Darla loved him) as well!
