My carpets and sofa have never been cleaned so thoroughly.
We also had you do our backyard pavers that had many spots from food and drinks.

The cleaning was done quickly, methodically and I appreciate the attention to detail. My windows had quite a buildup of film on the outside, but when the job was done it was like looking outside with no glass in the window - Great Job!

The upholstered armchairs improved A LOT!! I would say 90%. This is not a complaint - The color of the fabric is off white so I realize it’s not possible to bring it back exactly to the original look!

This was my first time to use Zerorez. I met Brian Almanza as I was driving down a street in Tustin. I stopped my car and asked him about your method of carpet cleaning and pricing. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He told me that there was a special pricing going on which encouraged me to book an appointment shortly there after. When he came to my home to clean my carpet he did a very good job; I would highly recommend him.

Sal Alvarez, the senior technician that cleaned my rugs, was an exemplary employee. He was punctual, polite, and professional. He was experienced and a delight to have in our home.

First, and most important, is the service. I've never had a problem with setting up an appointment. Second, I've used Robert Keith since May 2009. He's very professional and always helpful and friendly. The products remove any stains that may happen after the carpets are cleaned. Would never use any other service!
