The professionalism and knowledge that was known by Matt, my service person, and the way my tile came out after cleaning both the grout and tile. Don't think it had ever been done before, at least to my knowledge.

Brett was truly wonderful. He called well in advance so I could plan accordingly, and showed up exactly on time. He immediately went to work assessing the situation and found a way to clean the carpets given the challenges presented.

Good customer service

Zerorez cleaned our carpets for us in preparation for moving out of a house at the end of our lease. We have two large dogs and had some pet stains. Zerorez did a great job cleaning our carpet for a reasonable price, and didn't try to push us to have additional stain-removal services, but instead provided an honest opinion as to whether any of the additional services were needed. I would definitely have zerorez clean my carpets again in the future and would highly recommend to a friend!

Your prices are still too high, even with your "specials"

Excellent service person but not happy with scheduler. They tend to overbook the appointments. Mine came an hour and a half late. Even though I was given a heads up it is very frustrating. When I was offered to reschedule, I couldn’t believe it was for the following week! I am hoping they would improve on the scheduling of appointments .

Your staff is truly amazing, knowledgable and so friendly! From the lady that answered the phone (and all my questions) to Mike who did the dirty job :-)
