Excellent results at a fair price
Your service people are competent and conscientious. I have recently had tile floors, wool rugs and windows cleaned. I am quite satisfied with the results. special Kudos to Alex for the excellent windows/screens cleaning. The window component is quite pricey. However, Alex really did a great job.

The technician cleaned the carpet very very well. He also was extremely professional. My disappointment is more your business practice. I was quoted a price of 179 for 2 rooms. I indicated on the phone I had Mexican tile in one and carpet in the other. Asked whether the tile could be cleaned. The associate said yes. I asked should you come by and look at it first. They did not deem it necessary. On Saturday the technician said unfortunately the tile could not be cleaned. That left me with one room. The technician called back to his office and was advised the minimum cost is 160. So you dropped from. 179 to 160 when I had only one room. I thought that was rather unfair considering the circumstances. Because I was in a time bind I agreed to the 160. But unfortunately I could not recommend you because I felt I was rather taken advantage of.

My clubroom had dozens of folding chairs that were heavily stained. The technician explained that the fabric was a micro fiber, that is difficult to clean. When he was done, they looked brand new. Great job!
