Gabriel was the young man who cleaned our rugs and a chair. He did a terrific job on all. JMy husband and I are completely satisfied with how clean it all looks now.

I had 4 rugs cleaned and repaired. The repair work was outstanding. Livingston, the service tech, was incredible in both picking up the rugs and in returning them. He cut pads to fit all 4 rugs, which are all beautifully clean and a look brand new.
We loved the guy who did the work but maybe our throw rugs just couldn’t get any better. They seem to still be dull - not bright - but that may be the fault of the rug & not zerorez
Very nice employee and did a beautiful job..My little dogs would not sit on the carpet for 3 days. Guess they didn't like the smell

Well my appointment was canceled 2 times the day of my appointment & took a week to reschedule.
When the person came it was good but I’m not sure I would feel comfortable referring my friends.

I am a long-time customer and always the job is done right the first time. I love the fact there are no chemicals involved in the process. Brett arrived exactly as promised and is great representative of your company. He was well dressed, polite and even went the extra mile when I asked him to clean one spot in a guest bedroom that was not on the schedule. Now that is great service. I highly recommend both the company and any of their representatives.
