It had been 4 years since our last cleaning and the carpet definitely needed it, Robert did an excellent job and was meticulous while cleaning the areas that were the most soiled including the staircase which really needed work. Was a little disappointed when they said I qualified for the 199 special and the guy came and said yes I do have the right amount of windows however it costs 224. He said there is really no such thing as a "special" and that it is by window. Wish they would have just been honest from the start with me since we have been pretty loyal to zerorez for our tile and carpet. I honestly felt like the guy was just trying to get more money from me... unlike our past cleaning guys from zerorez, they were amazing!
