The technician provided good overview of the state of our carpets and explained the best approach for cleaning. Once started, the cleaning when quickly. We are very happy with the results, considering how old and dirty our carpets were.
My sofas and area rug look new. I had cleaned them myself but to no avail. The residue from other cleaners does tend to exacerbate the buildup of more dirt. With ZEROREZ there is no soapy or chemical residue. I'm looking forward to my rug and sofas staying clean for a longer period of time.

No chemicals and friendly service.
It's pretty expensive compared to other cleaners I've used. I have a very light, almost white carpet. The technician explained to me that the tracks are hard to get out, which I understand-- but others did just as good a job as Zerorez and for a whole lot less money!
