Great service. Professional cleaning guy. Like it was not toxic and baby safe.
Suggestions: Include a drying service on-site. When speaking with the sales/account person on the phone they could suggest or explain the service options, i.e rugs can be cleaned on site or off-site with price differences, you have spot cleaning kits for small areas for purchase, etc etc.

Our carpet looks great, and there was nothing to clean up after like overspray on the baseboards that we have experienced in the past. The technician Robert Keith was professional, very knowledgeable, and also offered helpful information about replacement carpeting and area rug cleaning. He also accommodated us by staying longer than scheduled and cleaned an upholstered chair for us, which we really appreciated. Also, the young man who assisted Robert Keith was very friendly and did a nice job. The Zerorez method of steam carpeting cleaning is excellent, and we will definitely use them again.

I recommend ZEROREZ to everybody who asks me who cleans my carpet! They are the best, get the carpets cleaner than any service ever has and it also last longer, stay cleaner and looks better.
They always have a special or a deal for you to consider and it's always a great price for the cleaning you get done.
I have used this company for years and will continue to do so. When we were in business, we used Zerorez then also.

I like that there isn't a strong chemical smell or soapy residue.

Carpets are clean, tried other carpet cleaning services but they were not as clean as Zerorez.
I was disappointed the way my bedroom came out. It looks like a rush job. My kitchen the corners I had to go over again. The livingroom is ok. Each time I have had you out and I pull my rugs you usually get the rug as clean as where the runner was. Not this time.
He was in a rush because the motor for the shampooer was not working so he had to leave and change vans. He still finished under 12 noon. My appointment was from 10 t0 12.
