What could we do to improve?

I need a little more effort put on the particular bad spots of the carpet. I should have called to have a technician return and re-do those areas. The technician we had was satisfactory
and we were pleased for the most part.

Always friendly and capable service, and I love the way the house smells. The carpets are so soft, too.

Sal Alvarez, Sr. Technician was professional in every way. Called to let me know when he was going to arrive,placed shoe covers on his shoes prior to entering my house. Very thorough on the process and reviewed what my total amount would be prior to starting cleaning my carpets.
I would highly recommend Sal Alvarez and Zerorez to anyone in search of a high end carpet and tile cleaner.

I have been using ZEROREZ for approximately 15 years after switching from Stanley Steemer. I switched in order to use fewer/no chemicals and have not been dissatisfied with my choice. The carpet and upholstery always feels "truly clean" and soft afterward. I am especially appreciative of the Murrieta ZEROREZ and the technician I have used since 2014; Daniel. He listens and does an outstanding job with my carpet and upholstery!

Really nice guy came to clean my carpet. Super professional and explained exactly what he'd be doing and how long it'd take. Did a great job too. All my stains are out and the carpet is clean. Honestly, went as smoothly as I could've hoped for.

My technician, Steven, was extremely helpful and courteous. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the results. He showed that he cared for my concerns and the care of our carpet. I like that my carpet always feels fresh and clean. It dries completely within a couple hours. There is no weird carpet cleaner odor residue. The technician is punctual and notifies us when he is on his way. Thank you Zerorez!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

he didn't have his uphostry tool it was broken? I sold this equipment I just don't think he wanted to do it. He was very polite. Did his job quickly didn't get out one ink stain and upsold cleaning to use up the minimum
