The products last a long time and the service is exceptional. The technicians go above and beyond to ensure every area is spotless.
My rugs came out like new. Sal Alvarez did a wonderful job. He was careful with my furniture and very very neat. I am very pleased with the results.

Everything, had 3 different guys come out over the last few years and all are super friendly and professional.
Robert Keith came to my house twice for my carpet cleaning and kitchen stone resurface. He did a super great job especially for the kitchen natural stone resurface. Highly recommended!
I really am a fan of your people and process. This was my 3rd time using Zerorez. I have recommended you to others whenever the discussion of carpet cleaning comes up. It's so nice to actually feel like the carpet is clean. Feels and looks great and never an odor.
The time before your man moved my sofas and chairs in the living room and family room. He also moved the end tables. In other words he completely cleaned my carpet! This last person only cleaned around the furniture not under it. It appeared to me that being late in the day he was in a big hurry to finish and get out of here.
The bottom line is that before this last visit I was a real fan of ZeroRes. Now, I'm not! Please don't hesitate to contact me if you wast to discuss this further.

The tech was prompt, courteous and skillful. My carpet looks awesome. Hope it stays that way for a while. I did get the protection spray for it as well.

Sal Alvarez did an amazing job! Not only did he do an amazing job making it the carpets, tile and floor amazingly clean, he also has excellent communication skills. I hope that Sal is treated very well. I will definitely call him in the future.

Waste of time. Lazy worker. Wouldn’t move some chairs or the couch unless it was discussed. In all my past experiences with other cleaners, there was never, ever an issue of moving furniture. I’m just one woman. If you pay for a room or 3, then they should clean the room. Not just spot areas. Really? I really just needed my stairs cleaned but I was told there was a minimum charge so I paid for multiple rooms only to see that it all looked the same as before it was so called cleaned. I should not have paid for it. I’d seriously like a refund. Also, I called to complain and never got a call back. What can you do about this? Please call me. I would really appreciate it.
The representatives are always very courteous and the job that they do is 100% better than any of the other carpet cleaning companies that we have used. Hands down the job they do is the best and we are always thoroughly satisfied.

Levon was right on time, very nice and friendly. I will ask if he can come back next time. I have an older dog that has been having accidents and he told what products would work best to get the best cleaning.
I live in an a apartment and have spots coming up from previous renters also.
Levon also gave me advice how to spot treat my little boys accidents in between carpet cleaning. I got my carpets cleaned yesterday and it looks great. I would highly recommend Zerorez.

The gentleman who came to clean was thorough and very professional, I would definitely request him again.
He gentleman came back to redo a spot that was coming back up. And he was pleasant thi work with again. He even said he would come back again if this didn't work.

You provide a safe, toxic free cleaning service. Your technicians are ALWAYS on time and do call before arriving. The WHITE carpet throughout a big part of my house still looks new after about 10 or more years of hard use because of your cleaning.
You a little pricey but well worth it, since there is nothing bad to say and many good things about Zerorez that I love and will continue to use.
