Was a little disappointed when they said I qualified for the 199 special and the guy came and said yes I do have the right amount of windows however it costs 224. He said there is really no such thing as a "special" and that it is by window. Wish they would have just been honest from the start with me since we have been pretty loyal to zerorez for our tile and carpet. I honestly felt like the guy was just trying to get more money from me... unlike our past cleaning guys from zerorez, they were amazing!

The professionalism and knowledge that was known by Matt, my service person, and the way my tile came out after cleaning both the grout and tile. Don't think it had ever been done before, at least to my knowledge.

Brett was truly wonderful. He called well in advance so I could plan accordingly, and showed up exactly on time. He immediately went to work assessing the situation and found a way to clean the carpets given the challenges presented.
