It had been 4 years since our last cleaning and the carpet definitely needed it, Robert did an excellent job and was meticulous while cleaning the areas that were the most soiled including the staircase which really needed work. The carpet looks like new again. I highly recommend Zerorez and will definitely use them for our next cleaning service.
