We've used Zerorez some years ago for carpet cleaning. The carpet was cleaned better than most. We decided to try for the tile and grout.

Richard was very thorough and very courteous. He made several recommendations on keeping our Carpet and Wood floors clean and looking new. I was very impressed how fresh the house smells with clean surfaces.

I would definitely call Zerorez again and have already recommended you to our neighbors.

I wasn't here, but my General Manager asked your technician to do the carpets a second time and he informed us that it would be an additional charge. According to my guy he agreed to the charges then your guy said he couldn't do it due to his schedule. It wasn't that big of an area.

It was incredibly difficult for the technician to get the portable machine up to my second-story condo, and in doing so a ton of water sloshed out all over the stairwell. It seems incredibly inefficient and unsafe for the technician to transport up and down the stairs this way, not to mention the abundance of water I had to mop up afterward. There must be a better way to do this, perhaps a longer tube that can run from the ground floor to the second, or something else.

I also had to call in multiple times to reschedule my appointment after the Zerorez technician had an emergency, as my call was not returned after I left a voice mail. Because of this rescheduling, my original promo code was not applied to my invoice, so I once again had to call in to resolve that.

Thank you Zerorez. Robert did a great job. The tile in our kitchen and master shower looks like new! Nice and clean with clean grout And now that it is resealed it will stay that way. We should have done it sooner.

It's a good service - the staff is always wonderful - but it is very expensive.

The environmental saving process can chemicals.

Technician raised the price by $100 after the price was quoted at $269 by two of the agents. Also the cost of mixing chemicals was waived but later showed up on the statement.

This was a great experience! I thought that the carpet was going to be wet...wet?? But it wasn't
instead it felt dam....which meant drying time should be before I go to bed. And in most of the rooms the carpet was dry! and the few areas where there wasn't as much air circulating just needed a few hours more!
I would definitely call Zero Rez in the future! Our technician was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He gave me easy to understand directions and some plastic footies for when we climb the stairs.

This is the second time we have called ZeroRez to clean our carpets. They do great job, and are very careful about not damaging anything.
The 2 men who came to clean were very friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable.
We had some pretty bad stains from our shoes, but they got them all out. The rooms all look great! And they smell good.

Robert was great - timely, explained everything and ensured I was happy along the way and at the end of the process. I so appreciate the effectiveness of Zerorez as well as Robert's professionalism and thoroughness.
