I had 4 rugs cleaned and repaired. The repair work was outstanding. Livingston, the service tech, was incredible in both picking up the rugs and in returning them. He cut pads to fit all 4 rugs, which are all beautifully clean and a look brand new.

We loved the guy who did the work but maybe our throw rugs just couldn’t get any better. They seem to still be dull - not bright - but that may be the fault of the rug & not zerorez

Well my appointment was canceled 2 times the day of my appointment & took a week to reschedule.

I am a long-time customer and always the job is done right the first time. I love the fact there are no chemicals involved in the process. Brett arrived exactly as promised and is great representative of your company. He was well dressed, polite and even went the extra mile when I asked him to clean one spot in a guest bedroom that was not on the schedule. Now that is great service. I highly recommend both the company and any of their representatives.

Day three and carpets are still damp, still smell
bad.

Great service. Professional cleaning guy. Like it was not toxic and baby safe.

Suggestions: Include a drying service on-site. When speaking with the sales/account person on the phone they could suggest or explain the service options, i.e rugs can be cleaned on site or off-site with price differences, you have spot cleaning kits for small areas for purchase, etc etc.
