The technician has done an excellent job on the carpet and tile cleaning !
I've used Zerorez twice a year for over 10 years. The employees are knowledgable and thorough. Customer service is excellent. Appointments have always been prompt and within the range that you request. The carpets are left clean, fresh and like new. I've also used their stone & tile cleaning service. Everything was Excellent!

It’s still too early to tell if the carpets will remain clean as advertised. While the trouble spots became clean, they have a way of reappearing in a couple of weeks. The tile turned out very well. My hitch was the price. I had requested the two carpet areas (hall & dining room) and two tile area (entry way and small kitchen) for an advertised price of $229 with a $20 promotion. The bill came to $338 which I thought was too high for such small areas. I wasn’t in the mood to haggle with the technician and didn’t know if he had any latitude to adjust the price. I am still waiting to see how long the carpet remains clean before I’ll consider using the service again.
I've lived here for almost 30 years and t used Gabrial (when it was just his business) and then .Zerorez. I probably should have had the carpeting cleaned more often but I have been extremely pleased when I did...and will continue to do so, especially if Gabe comes and does it himself. Great job!

Great service, both technicians that have been to our home were professionals, polite, well trained and careful to clean the carpets completely with out damaging the paint or base boards. I’m very impressed with the level of service.
I also love that the carpets have no soap residue. I sell carpet for a living, I know that soap left in carpets is almost the worst thing you can do to a carpet. Soaps attract dirt. If left in the carpet, they will get dirty again in days or weeks.

Cost. Learn to deal with moving furniture. The cleaning left somewhat of a dull finish on the tile floor. Had to remop the floors.

They also provided a 30 min. courtesy call prior to their technicians arrival! The solution Zerorez uses smells so fresh and clean. And there is absolutely no residue left on my carpets!
