I have been using ZEROREZ for many years now. Even tough the prices have come up quite a bit, I would never think of using anybody else.

The Technician Eduardo was very nice and courteous and got along with my puppy wonderfully.

Your technicians are professional, friendly, timely and efficient. Michael called to tell me he was on his way. After a friendly hello and reviewing the job, he quickly got to work taking care not to damage any of my furniture. Using Zerorez is a true pleasure.

I have had several companies in my home cleaning the carpets and Zerorez is hands down the best. Also, my technician, Brett Spence (I believe is his last name) is such a nice young man who actually does a phenomenal job. Others have left too much water requiring days to dry. With Brett, everything is clean, clean, clean and dry in a few hours. I have requested him back in 6 months (we have 2 dogs & one cat). Hope you guys treat him well. Thanks for making your company a happy place for people to work.

What do you like about our products and services?

We have several area rugs, some antique, and have always been very pleased by the cleaning methods used by Zerorez.

We have been especially pleased by Sal, who cleans the carpet in the house. He is efficient, professional, and always does an excellent job.

Must be natural as stated. No smell. All carpets are clean and looking great. The service was great. The young man was polite and did a great job, cleaned everything before leaving. Definitely use again next time I need my carpets cleaned.

What do you like about our products and services?

You stand behind your promise to make sure your customer is satisfied. Normally any stains come out the first time. Since we've had extensive remodeling done over the past 6 months, the carpets were dirtier than usual and the technician had to return. We are very happy with the re-do of our carpet. Overall, our carpets have lasted longer than expected with your cleaning services.

Your tech did a very good job. Today they look good. It may take another cleaning though, using your system to bring our carpets up and into better condition. Time will tell...
