Pricing is higher than I could recommend to friends

I like that Zerorez does not use any chemicals. My carpets are very old and after cleaning they look so much better and I am so happy knowing they are clean! Robert, the technician, was so professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend Zerorez!

Mostly, our tech is the BEST. His name is Robert and I always request him.
The product doesn't leave residue or have strong chemical smell. The technician was prompt... in fact early, which was good for me. He explain everything that he was going to do and carefully prepped the home to prevent any damage from moving equipment. He efficiently cleaned and treated our small sectional in a timely manner. I also appreciated his professionalism and pleasant demeanor.

Used zerorez before, and always a happy customer. Carpets stains gone and doesn’t smelll like mildew and carpets dry fast. Definitely will used them again. I always refer them to family and friends.

The service representative was prompt and very courteous. I knew my appointment was set for between 10 am and noon. He called at 9:30 to let me know he would arrive in 1 hour. He was helpful and knowledgeable about the Zerorez products. He also gave me good tips on how to best clean future spots. My carpets look SO much better! Thank you Brett!

Have used them for several years and I like the texture of the carpet after cleaning, soft rather than crusty and stiff like the other companies I have used.
