What do you like about our products and services?

I have a mixture of wool and silk on the runner on my staircase. ZeroRez is the only way to clean it. Steam or soap would fade and shrink it.

Matt was very efficient in getting his work done and the carpets look very nice.

I’ve been using Zerorez for a dozen years, maybe more. They do an excellent job and get my carpets clean without leaving soapy residue. The technicians have always been diligent, reliable and friendly. I’m always very pleased with their work.

The most important feature was the immediate response to my call. That was followed up by asking me what I needed cleaning and then you provided me with detailed information about your service, price and availability of dates.
Once I agreed to accept your business, you sent confirmation emails, a reminder email as the date got closer and finally an early phone call the day of service.
All those details are really appreciated in this busy life we all lead. Finally, the carpets were fresh and clean with no residual odors left behind. Thank you for your professional delivery!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

So yes, the widows are very clean but the technician was unable to remove the glue left behind from my window installation. It looks like I have scratches.
So I need to contact the manufacturer to see how this glue, or what ever it is, can be removed.
