Very professional! My rugs came out so nice and clean. The guy that came to my house was very informative and knowledgeable. On time and returned my Persian rug as promised, very clean and fair price!

We have been using Zerorez for several years now. We would not even consider using any one else. They do a great job and all of their technicians are clean looking and courteous.

Zero Rez did a great job! I had my tile and area rug cleaned. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. The floors look really clean now!

I love that the rug does not smell like a wet dog after you have come and cleaned it. There is no odor at all and it is so appreciated. I had you come because someone if the family thought it would be a nice jester to have my carpets cleaned by someone else while I was on vacation, and the house smelled like a wet dog until you guys came and cleaned the rug again.

Brett Spence has been our technician for all three times Zerorez has cleaned our carpets. He is very professional and his knowledge of specific carpet problems we had certainly helped to solve them.

The serviceman was great. He was quick and did a wonderful job. The carpet looks very clean now. But what I like best is that no chemicals are used. I have cancer and did not want to be exposed to “who knows what”. With Zerorez, I feel safe.

What could we do to improve?

This is the 3rd cleaning of our carpets that we've had done by your company. The 1st 2 were excellent jobs done by the technician. NO ISSUES!! We had a new technician this time. He did work very hard to do a good job, but, there's always a but. He did not remove all of the cleaning solution from a couple of areas. This solution has dried and now looks like water stains. Hopefully when you return on Monday August 3rd this issue will PROPERLY be rectified!!!
