Cost. Learn to deal with moving furniture. The cleaning left somewhat of a dull finish on the tile floor. Had to remop the floors.
Great customer service and very professional! Our carpets look brand new again! I appreciated the email Zerorez sent me prior, explaining their process. They also provided a 30 min. courtesy call prior to their technicians arrival! The solution Zerorez uses smells so fresh and clean. And there is absolutely no residue left on my carpets! I'm extremely happy with the results!

Healthy choices good for the environment..
Our technician was super nice and helpful, but not sure if he skipped a step in the carpet cleaning process. After reviewing the process on Zerorez' website, it shows that the carpet is first brushed with the counter rotating brushes, which was not done on my carpet. I'm not sure the reason for that, but it may have factored into the overall results of my carpet cleaning. Although my carpet was cleaner than before, it was not cleaner than other carpet services which I have used. The areas most heavily soiled by pedestrian traffic still look dirty, and is affecting the look of the overall cleanliness of the carpet. Zerorez can make it right by re-cleaning the heavy pedestrian traffic areas which consist mainly of the living/dinning room area and a small hallway. I am also interested in knowing whether my carpet was suppose to be brushed first with the rotating brushes. Again, my technician was great, but the cleaning result was not very impressive, especially considering Zerorez was the more expensive option, and the results were no more different than less expensive options used in the past.
Great service, both technicians that have been to our home were professionals, polite, well trained and careful to clean the carpets completely with out damaging the paint or base boards. I’m very impressed with the level of service.
I also love that the carpets have no soap residue. I sell carpet for a living, I know that soap left in carpets is almost the worst thing you can do to a carpet. Soaps attract dirt. If left in the carpet, they will get dirty again in days or weeks.
