What could we do to improve?

This is the 3rd cleaning of our carpets that we've had done by your company. The 1st 2 were excellent jobs done by the technician. NO ISSUES!! We had a new technician this time. He did work very hard to do a good job, but, there's always a but. He did not remove all of the cleaning solution from a couple of areas. This solution has dried and now looks like water stains. Hopefully when you return on Monday August 3rd this issue will PROPERLY be rectified!!!

I like that you don't use harmful chemicals. Your technician, Gabriel, called before he came to let me know when he would arrive. He was on time, friendly, professional and explained what he was doing. He did a great job! Thank you!

What could we do to improve?

It seemed to take an inordinate length of time to dry, even on the warmest day of the summer so far. I continue to feel something like dampness or residue after more than 24 hours and windows open, fans going.
After a lot of careful scheduling for concerns about my loved ones needs, the company had to reschedule arrival time. Carpet looks clean and I am sure they did their best and hopefully carpet will stay nice for a long time.

24 hour scheduling was great. Service technician, Robert Downs,was knowledgable and courteous. Service performed was great - troublesome spots on carpet were cleaned up really well. Only a couple small spots were not able to be removed, which was expected. We thank you!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Ordered the 3 room promotional deal at 179.00. All bedrooms were cleaned. The small bath area of the master bedroom was cleaned. The tech conveyed to me he included the bath area as part of the master bedroom. He didn't include the walk in closet of the master, 25 sq. Feet roughly nor did he communicate to me about this area. Furthermore, I was charged separate for the hallway and stairs. Which I understand and accepted however the cost for both was excessive in my opinion. I think I'm gonna try Stanly Steamer next time. Thank you for your previous services.

I like the fact that Zerorez actually backs there satisfaction guarantee. My carpet was recently cleaned and although my cleaning technician was nice and friendly, I was not completely satisfied with the results of my carpet cleaning. The company did a follow up survey and discovered my dissatisfaction with the results of my cleaning. Zerorez offered to make it right and sent Ryan to re-clean my carpet. Ryan was fantastic! He explained the entire cleaning process, kept me informed of the progress, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the cleaning job. The results are; Ryan left my carpet looking like new!! I could not believe what a great job he did. Zerorez is an amazing company. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and I will most certainly be using there services again in the future. Thank you Zerorez for honoring your satisfaction guarantee!
