I like your product because it is safe for the enviornment.
The tech Jorge was great. The office doesn’t return calls or answer the phone during business hours. It took more than three weeks for me to reach someone to discuss a question I had. Unprofessional and frustrating!

Great cleaning process
Jorge cleaned our carpets on Thursday. He did a fabulous job! Our carpets are old and get so much traffic from our grandchildren, thus the rugs were pretty dirty. However, Jorge, from Zerorez, did a beautiful job giving our carpets a clean and vibrant look! Jorge was kind, focused, and worked diligently to do the best work possible! We highly recommend Zerorez!

My living and dining rooms are used daily and they're carpeted. Our carpet is now 20 years old and has ONLY been cleaned by Zerorez. No one believes it's as old as it is - it still looks wonderful! I attribute that to the fact that only Zerorez has cleaned it. There truly is NO residue left behind to attract dirt! Highly recommend Zerorez!

I've used Zerorez twice a year for over 10 years. The employees are knowledgable and thorough. Customer service is excellent. Appointments have always been prompt and within the range that you request. The carpets are left clean, fresh and like new. I've also used their stone & tile cleaning service. Everything was Excellent!

It’s still too early to tell if the carpets will remain clean as advertised. While the trouble spots became clean, they have a way of reappearing in a couple of weeks. The tile turned out very well. My hitch was the price. I had requested the two carpet areas (hall & dining room) and two tile area (entry way and small kitchen) for an advertised price of $229 with a $20 promotion. The bill came to $338 which I thought was too high for such small areas. I wasn’t in the mood to haggle with the technician and didn’t know if he had any latitude to adjust the price. I am still waiting to see how long the carpet remains clean before I’ll consider using the service again.
I've lived here for almost 30 years and t used Gabrial (when it was just his business) and then .Zerorez. I probably should have had the carpeting cleaned more often but I have been extremely pleased when I did...and will continue to do so, especially if Gabe comes and does it himself. Great job!
