The availability of you service. We had Robert for the second time and he was very professional. He called ahead to let us know he was coming and arrived when he said he would. He went over the work that he was to perform and then went about his business. After the cleaning he explained how long it would take the carpeting to dry, and he gave us carpet protectors for when we replaced the furniture that had to be moved. He also gave us "booties" in case we had to walk on the carpet before it was dry. We had the option of paying by check or credit card. He thanked us, packed up his gear and was gone.
We will certainly request Robert the next time we call on ZEROREZ.

What could we do to improve?

The man who did the work was great! The carpet looks great. My only concern was cost. Our den and hallway are both small and the minimum cost is a bit high in my opinion.

You charged us 150.00 dollars to have our 1 year old carpet resealed, and our carpet company said that it was not necessary.We will not use you again because you can not be trusted

I like how the product doesn't leave a sticky soapy residue on the carpet. The carpet tech was professional and nice.

My area rug had to be thrown away because it smelled so badly. I called and the person on the phone didn't seem to care. She offered to reclean but not until a week later.

What do you like about our products and services?

I have used Zerorez for years and am always impressed with the service.
This year I am a little disappointed. Over the last 6 months we have had extensive remodeling done in our home which unfortunately left our carpets stained. While the carpets looked pretty good right after the cleaning on June 1st, within a week the stains in one of the rooms were back. We were having my daughter's bridal shower in our home the following week, so we just had to deal with it. Now that the festivities are done and our out of town guests have departed, we wanted to give you our honest feedback.

If the technician would like to come back and re-do the one room that would be acceptable. Please contact me with a possible date.
