Everyone is very professional and the quality of work is outstanding. Carpets, floors and furniture look like new and spots do not return, unlike other companies. I highly recommend Zerorez.
I scheduled an appointment 2 and a half weeks in advance and the day of my appointment my technician didn’t want to do the job because he had other appointments cancel so mine was the first with a window between 2-4pm. I was unable to have the service done earlier in the day and the technician told me he didn’t want to wait around until 2pm so he would have to reschedule me. Unprofessional.
The product really works and the service tech Robert was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He was super helpful!

That it’s chemical free and the carpet cleaning seems to last awhile before any stains come back. I’ve used other carpet cleaning companies who charge more and you see the stains return
within 3-4 days.
Sal is the BEST! We have had other operatives but he does the finest job of any of them and we've been a customer for over 10 years!
I absolutely love Zero Res! I have my carpet cleaned twice a year and my 20 years old carpet looks shockingly well cared for and clean. But what i love more about Zero Res is my technician Marcelo. He is behind the Zero Res magic.
Quick, clean & efficient
The low recommendation is entirely a result of the technician who serviced our home. He was unprofessional, rude, rushed, and did a poor job.
We've used Zerorez some years ago for carpet cleaning. The carpet was cleaned better than most. We decided to try for the tile and grout.
Richard was very thorough and very courteous. He made several recommendations on keeping our Carpet and Wood floors clean and looking new. I was very impressed how fresh the house smells with clean surfaces.
I would definitely call Zerorez again and have already recommended you to our neighbors.
Robert and his helper were very polite, and hard workers. They did not waste time, and got straight to work. Great job, as I had to him do my house and my daughter's house. He and his partner did 2 houses, and did a great job on both!

The cleaning services work and the technicians are knowledgeable and courteous.
I wasn't here, but my General Manager asked your technician to do the carpets a second time and he informed us that it would be an additional charge. According to my guy he agreed to the charges then your guy said he couldn't do it due to his schedule. It wasn't that big of an area.
It was incredibly difficult for the technician to get the portable machine up to my second-story condo, and in doing so a ton of water sloshed out all over the stairwell. It seems incredibly inefficient and unsafe for the technician to transport up and down the stairs this way, not to mention the abundance of water I had to mop up afterward. There must be a better way to do this, perhaps a longer tube that can run from the ground floor to the second, or something else.
I also had to call in multiple times to reschedule my appointment after the Zerorez technician had an emergency, as my call was not returned after I left a voice mail. Because of this rescheduling, my original promo code was not applied to my invoice, so I once again had to call in to resolve that.
Thank you Zerorez. Robert did a great job. The tile in our kitchen and master shower looks like new! Nice and clean with clean grout And now that it is resealed it will stay that way. We should have done it sooner.
It's a good service - the staff is always wonderful - but it is very expensive.
The environmental saving process can chemicals.
Technician raised the price by $100 after the price was quoted at $269 by two of the agents. Also the cost of mixing chemicals was waived but later showed up on the statement.
